Description:

 

H08MnA is copper plating steel wire, with solder for submerged arc automatic welding, the weld metal has good mechanical properties and resistance to porosity. Weld appearance smooth, high efficiency, flat fillet weld, weld appearance level off, the welding slag peel resistance.

 

Application:

 

Applicable to the general structure, thick version of multilayer welding, with solder used for carbon steel and low alloy steel corresponding strength.

Note:

1. The welding energy will directly influence the mechanical properties of weld metal. Before use should be based on their own welding procedure qualification conditions, formulate appropriate process specification.

2.The solder please in 350 °C oven keep 1 hours for dry, lest produce hole.
